CELEBRATING MISSION DAY

On Friday 28th November. We celebrated Mission Day. This fundraiser raises money to support our Reach Vietnam program.

Our Annual Mission Day celebration was held on Friday 28th October. The day began with mass in the school hall celebrated by Fr Lihn. The 5/6 students then set up numerous stalls throughout the school for our students to enjoy. There was a haunted house, escape room, basketball activity, races, hair decorating and numerous food stalls, including sausage sizzle, pancakes, ice-cream sandwiches, lollies and more!
The money raised supports our Reach Vietnam project which supports girls education in Kontum, Vietnam.
The students should be commended on their efforts in the planning, set up and running of the day. Thanks also to the parents who provided supplies and came along to help out.
This was a great community event with families welcomed back to join in the festivities.
